Lovely hotel, absolutely superb location, right next to the tram stop. It was nice to stay somewhere quiet and clean. Breakfast staff were wonderful, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A great experience.

Disliked: Lack of tourist information - ie brochures, attractions etc. As a newcomer to VIC it would have been helpful.
