We had a great time. The unit was very spacious and clean. We had a great view from the balcony and were only minutes away from the CBD. Rates were extremely affordable.

Central Summit Apartments - although the room was starting to show its age and the shower pressure on the 8th floor wasnt good we found the apartment well appointed and located and enjoyed our stay. The staff were great.

Room had distinct and strong smokers odour which became overpowering. Room was not serviced daily and light globes were not working in lamps. \"Lock down\" at such an early hour was disturbing, and access to carpark at night in particular left a feeling of vulnerability.

Liked: proximity to bus stop immediately out the front of the establishment.

Was fairly impressed with everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpet in hallways were being replaced while we were there - would have been nice to have been told that - constant banging was a little annoying the first couple of days

Proximity St Andrews Hospital & relatively cheap & apartment facilities were our reason for stay. The room was well kept on daily basis but deep cleaning had not been done, e.g. clean bedspread, drawers & kitchen cupboards. It suited us to stay there but I would never choose to stay there for any other reason than those given above.

when we arrived we found that we had been booked twice however with same room, room was not made up.Leanne,checkin service counter lady)- came and cleaned our room after her shift, would like to thank her please. Loved the apartment, but our only disappointment was that the outdoor spa was not warm. This is a feature which we look for when booking accommodation, so it is important to us. We were told that reception was unaware of it, and as it was a weekend nothing could be done until Monday. We would suggest that checking the temperature should be done each day (around 38 degrees would be ideal).
