my only problem was when i contacted you about parking you said it was $15 a day and that was it, well when we booked in it said we had to pre book our parking otherwise we had to park on the street, that would of been good to know

The room size, facilities and location was excellent. The cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired (ie stains on the couch and dirty sink in kitchen needed a good vac) however it was a nice convenient place to stay.

Room was nice and clean. The bathroom tap was a bit dodgy. The TC seemed overly complicated to use, you had to go through foxtel but only received the digital TV channels, so trying to find the right channel took time.
But a nice clean Apartment in a convenient Parramatta location. I will stay there again.

The air conditioning did not work for our entire stay. We found this to be unacceptable, as the apartment was advertised as having that utility.

Apartment was very nice, beds and pillows were comfy.Shower was great lounge was comfy. Had a very pleasureable experience.

We booked with e tourism then confirmed by calling fiori direct.When we turned up one of the 2 bedrooms was only booked for 1 night they had doubled booked it. The manager was very rude and after a lot of pushing offered a room at the meriton apartments in which we didnt take up as it was a real hassel to move so we unfortunatly had to sleep on rollaways in the other rooms.We would not recommend to stay here.
