We enjoyed our stay at the Entrance and found the townhouses to be very spacious and well situated on the canal at our front door. This was very advantageous for boat access and we were able to catch fish at our back door. The Entrance is also only a short walk from all the Gympie Terrace restaurants and shopping.

*********************************
Manager Comments: Seven of our apartments feature reverse-cycle air-conditioning in all rooms, and another nine apartments feature air-conditioning in the master bedroom as well as the living area. If air-conditioning in more than one room is required we encourage guests to request this feature when making a booking or enquiry and, subject to availability, we will do our best to fulfil the requirement.

The kitchens in all apartments are equipped to 4.5 star standard per the AAA Tourism guidelines, however if after check-in an additional utensil or appliance is required we will do our best to fulfil the requirement.

We frequently receive testimonials from families with young children, honeymooners, delegates from business conferences, young singles and older travelers who have stayed at our resort.

Our family stayed at this resort in March 08 for a week. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the shops & restaurants, all located within an easy 5 minute walk. There are 3 pools & we were lucky enough to stay in unit 45 which was right next to the small heated pool. The unit amenities were very good & the gardens are lovely. We will be back!

Liked: Proximity to river cafes & shopping
Disliked: Nothing!

We did enjoy our stay in your lovely appartments, pity about the weather, super restaurants close by etc. Check in details sadly lacking, especially as I did inform we would be in late. Have never come across this method before!?

*******************************
Manager Comments: We have a night safe for guests arriving out of office hours, and our procedure is to attempt to contact all guests prior to arrival to inform them about our after-hours check-in procedure and the safe code. This procedure works very well and we regularly receive praise from guests about the efficiency of this service.

The size of our resort is 4 acres and while some apartments are located closer to Gibson Road, there is a special “tranquil zone” of 14 apartments in which there is no issue with traffic noise from Gibson Road.
