Getting There

Oscar on Main is situated at 1 Hughes Avenue, Main Beach QLD 4217. From the North, take Exit No 66, continue along Smith St, turn right into the Gold Coast Highway. Take the first turn left when over the Southport bridge, into Waterways Drive, Right into Tedder Ave. Hughes Ave is the 4th on the left.

Approximately 30 mins from Coolangatta Airport
Approximately 1 hour from Brisbane Airport

Easily accessible by Limo, Airport shuttle bus, train or taxi services. Please ask us about organising your airport transfer.

2 Bedroom Luxury Apartment
The two bedroom luxury apartment features substantially larger living areas and is situated on the higher floors with stunning ocean views. These apartments are fully self-contained with air-conditioning, full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge and private balcony, ensuite with spa plus a second bathroom.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds - Maximum capacity 5 people.

3 Bedroom Luxury Apartment
This luxury apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a partition in the lounge area to create a third bedroom with a queen foldout sofa. The apartment is newly renovated, with ducted air con, large open plan lounge area and offers fabulous ocean views.

Very pleasant unit. There could have been some curtains in the lounge room and also ironing board needs upgrading. Other than that, very well positioned and nicely appointed.

Although we paid for a \'ocean view\' room, we were given a room with little or no view. Had to insist and were finally moved to what we paid for but it shouldn\'t have been necessary.

We did not expect to have to pay 50c p/roll for toilet paper after paying $1200 to stay there. Expected to clean but also expected to pay for the cleaning products to do it. VERY Disappointed.

For a supposed 4-5 star apartment some of the basics were lacking/missing eg plunger for coffee, towel rack in pieces in bathroom, half a toilet roll, light not working in kitchen, stains on carpet, remote control for TV difficult to change channels.

The management were extremely unhelpful and rude. The facility was great but I would not stay there again due to the attitude of the front desk mgt. Also pool far too small and too shady versus pools at accomadation units close by.

We had a wonderful stay on level 5. There were limited ocean and Broadwater views as advertised, but this was no problem as the apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the manager was very helpful.

The family & I enjoyed our very much, the kids loved the fact that it had an outdoor pool & indoor pool for when its raining but still hot. The room was very well catered for, even TV in the kids bedroom for their playstation to be plugged into, so us adults could watch foxtel in the lounge.
I would highly recommend this motel for a family holiday stay.

Started off with really friednly service over email and phone. Was told we would have an ocean view room. Also arranged over email and confirmed to check out at 12pm. Everyone super nice.
Then arrived, no ocean view, just garden view. Asked at reception - she said no idea and basically can\'t do anything about it. Maybe a reduced rate would have been nice ........................

Liked: In the end, was pretty diappointed. Good location for the Gold Cost marathon though

Oscar On Main is quite well located close to Tedder Avenue and not too far from the beach. The room was a reasonable size and clean but the standard of decor and furnishings was very low. The room was very bare of any decorating items with minimal effort to make the room attractive. Blinds in the main living area and main bedroom were badly broken. The gym was very poorly equipped and the pool quite small. Overall the complex seemed a bit tired with a need for some serious updating.

My Husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and loved it!

Very modern and comfortable rooms, with great facilities - especially the HEATED indoor pool! The location was fantastic for restaurants, only a short walk to Tedder Avenue and the beach.

Plus I loved the secure undercover parking, although we walked almost everywhere, it was great knowing the car was safe!
