With 55 fully self-contained apartments, Top of the Mark offers balconies with views of great Gold Coast beaches. Choose from a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, in both standard and executive apartments. Standard apartments are of an older design and provide great value for the budget conscious travellers, however the executive apartments provide air-conditioning and are modern in design, very spacious and comfortably furnished to ensure a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

Even Top of the Mark's affordable Gold Coast accommodation can provide great facilities including a heated swimming pool, heated spa, sauna, half tennis court, table tennis, games room and barbeque area.

After hours check went without a hitch. Very friendly, helpful staff compliments the terrific location. Room was roomy but a little tired.

Getting There

For self drive guests turn left off the Gold Coast Highway going South into Orchid Avenue, the property is on the left. Transfers to Surfers Paradise available. Once you arrive simply ring the manager's button.

Children / Extra Guests

Children are welcome. The property has a Game's room with a Ping Pong Table.

There is one unit equipped for disabled guests but it needs to be requested to check availability. There is also ramp access to the pool.

Old tired and abused hotel !!! stayed in 1505.. room was crumbling doors with holes in it rooms without lights ... need a real going over... excellent location

the hotel was in a excellent location to be close to everything. I realise it was one of the older hotels but the apartment could do with a refurbishment of ensuite and cupboard doors as they were crumbling. The sliding doors to the balcony were also in need of a good wash..
