Getting There

By CAR

From Brisbane (north) - travel time 1.5 hours
Travel south on the Gateway Arterial/ Pacific Highway
Follow Gold Coast signs
Continue through Nerang
Take Exit #93 - Currumbin, Elanora Exit
Turn right at the traffic lights onto Guineas Creek Road
At the 2nd set of lights, turn right again into Coolgardie Street
Bay of Palms Resort is the 2nd driveway, left at the small roundabout.

From Coolangatta (south) - travel time 15 mins
Travel north past Coolangatta Airport
Keep in left hand lanes to take the Pacific Highway
Continue along the Pacific Highway
Take exit # 93 - K.P. McGrath Drive, Elanora Exit
Continue along K.P. McGrath Drive. Shopping centre will be on your right
Turn right at the traffic lights 'T' intersection into Guineas Creek Road
At the next set of lights, turn right again into Coolgardie Street
Bay of Palms Resort is the 2nd driveway, left at the small roundabout.

TRAIN

From Brisbane / Brisbane Airport - Airtrain departs approx 12 mins past each hour - Approx $30 per adult. Depart at Robina Train Station. Taxi Rank from station to Bay of Palms approx $20. Travel time approx 2 hours.

No trains from NSW.

Book direct with Airtrain at station.

COACH

Coach from Brisbane / Brisbane Airport approx $40 one way $75 return per adult. Travel time approx 1.5 hours. Book with Reservations at Bay of Palms Resort.

Coach from Coolangatta / Gold Coast Airport - proceed to coach travel desk after baggage collection. Book direct with travel desk.

Not recommended if you have young kids as there is no fencing between the room and the river - kids wander to the river.\
Rooms were uncomfortable and smelt, pool and surrounds were filthy

We stayed at 7 different properties on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. This was the worst. Iwould not recommend it to anyone. Dirty carpets,smelly lounges,rusty washing machines, meesy grounds needs a total revamp
