Visitor Review

Fantastic location and the best accomodation we could ask for on our honeymoon. Views were incredible, just as the picture showed. Family with 2 young children, plenty of room for them to move about.
Fantastic presentation, spotless appartment. Staff more than happy to help out in any way, taking the time to show & explain everything that was required

Disliked: No block out blinds, children up at 5.30 every morning!!! But waking to that view was great

Getting There

Take the Smith Street exit #66 off the Pacific Motorway (M1) from Brisbane or Coolangatta. Follow this until you reach the end where you can only turn left or right onto Marine Parade/Gold Coast Highway. You will need to turn right. Proceed along the Gold Coast Highway until you get to the large Sundale Bridge leading to Surfers Paradise. DO NOT GO OVER THE BRIDGE! Instead, turn right at the last set of traffic lights just before the bridge into Ada Bell Way and then turn into your first left. The high rise you will see on your right is the Shores building. You will need to drive around to the West side of the building where the under-cover car park is located. Please park in the spaces marked for Retail prior to check-in at reception, where your parking space will be allocated.

We really loved the location. Close to the walkways, and the views were tremendous!! However, things needed to be fixed when mentioned, particularly the air-conditioning as it prevented us getting a good sleep. Also, the light switch in the bathroom flickered and this wasn\'t fixed for over 4-5 days; the unit needed to be serviced after 3 days and the soap/shampoo container needed to be fixed. The gym also needs to be up-graded and things like a swiss ball added and the stationary bikes need to work.

Liked: Yes, great view.
Disliked: Things not being fixed straight away (well, in a reasonable time frame) like the soap dish in the shower and also the unit in the time we were there, wasn\'t serviced. The air-conditioning needed fixi

Liked: Very child friendly even for a toddler. Great pool and facilities.
