Very nice Apartment. Only minor negative was that there was not enough shampoo/coffee items for length of stay. I asked for more and was told that these were only a starter kit and that we need to purchase more.

We found both the staff and facilities to be of an excellent standard. Our room was modern and well equipped, clean and spacious. The staff were quick to attend to a minor issue with the shower and helpful with information. Pool and spa were great. Views from our room were excellent.

Freshwater Point was a fabulous place to stay. modern yet not glitzy, very clean & comfortable, and the staff were very helpful & friendly.

Liked: Almost everything
Disliked: Lift security - as I was there with my 2 brothers and their families who were in different sections of the resort, so to get to their rooms was a tedious pain in the arse

The room was nice and spacious with everything we could possibly need. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

suitable accomodation for the family, had 2 rooms, another family booked in for the w/e used the serving bowls and pots etc between the 3 rooms. Close to everything within walking distance caught taxi back to unit with groceries from Oasis,clean and tidy

It was such a beautiful place to stay, the workers make you feel welcome in the resort. I will go back there some day to see if they have made any progress. It was close to everything and you could walk to the main streets and have breakfast/lunch/dinner anywhere, or even make your own

Fantastic location, Superb views. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, very spacious, modern, beautiful pool. Quiet location, no traffic noise.

great service from e tourism holidays - nothing was too much trouble for the lady i dealt with. Freshwater was nice, dont ask for a late checkout though and the bedspread wasn\'t the cleanest i\'ve ever seen. good location and nice pool though.

First family holiday to QLD. We booked 2 bedroom and got a 3 bedroom luxury suite. Very clean, great views and location.

Arrived late got into room level1 no view,slept on top of bed and asked to be moved next morning and the receptionist was rude and couldnt be bothered, had to get travelagent back in NZ to sort it out.when we where moved 4days later we where charged $82 cleaning fee. empty food container left under sofa and lime from previous tennants, so cleaning is not up to standard,loose hair all over tiles in bathroom and drain in bath full of hair.

Excellent location, rooms good size but getting tired. Housekeeping staff when cleaning need to check all linen including blankets clean, but overall great location and pool. Getting very popular since last stay.

Place said it doesn't take schoolies but it does. Couldn't sleep for the constant disruption and banging doors. Toilet/bathroom has no door and if it isn't against the regs, it should be. Appalling design. Power (and therefore A/C) went out on last night. Asked if we could get a slightly later checkout and very abrupt and hostile receptionist said not unless we paid $20/hr. Lifts not working properly if at all so took over 40 mins to get bags out and checked out. Spoke with manager. Defensive and not very helpful.

The room and the staff were very good. dislike was that I was after 6.00 pm to check in and after a 9 hour drive I did not want to talk to a wall-intercom to get through the front door. however the lady was very friendly

We stayed pool side view. Nice apartment with spacious living. Good for young families. Great outdoor BBQ & Swimming pool/spa facilities. Although it was the time during the worst storm we managed to enjoy the lovely resort.

Very nice place to stay, great position easy access to most places on the coast. Very dissapointed about internet service, payed for it, didn't get signal, called provider, still trying to get refund, no1 has replied. Will stay again but never use the net.

Resort was excellent,service was unprofessional,charged for use of internet when i told them after the first day there was no signal,ddin't care told to ring provider that didn't return call,desk staff weren't at all very pleasant,besides that the place is in a good location ,i heard there is new management there,needs to pick his game up in this economy.

Resort lovely,however I am claustrophobic & don\'t use lifts & on checking in the girl made a real issue about it.Not usually a problem as I just use the stairs,but she made it an issue saying I couldnt use stairs.Eventually sorted so I could use stairs but wouldnt stay again due to this.We also booked for 3 adults but there was only bedding for 2.1 had to sleep on couch which wasnt a divan.

Nice place to stay

I just found the coffee table in the lounge about half an acre too big
apart from that very comfortable, we have a 20month old an he loved the pool and cafe down stairs
