the president apartments was in a great location and the layout of the penthouse was ideal for what we needed. The manager was really friendly too. Our only complaint would be the unit was not very clean.

The appartment itself wasnt actually to bad, was a little bit disappointed that there was no air conditioning, maybe in the advertising there should be something to specify that there is no air con, I assumed that due to it being in QLD air con would have been a shoe in. The dryer in the room did not work and when it did work before it cut out it smelt like something was burning, apart from that, the recpetion was fantastic and very satisfying.

kitchen: the utensils are very old, and incomplete. Eg. no chopping board, no suitable knives available, i used bread knife to cut veg. And the knife was blunt. A few pots with covers.
Living room. I was dusty. My husband had to sweep the floor himself on the 1st day.
