Situated on the beaches of 1770, The Edge on Beaches Resort is a 4.5 star resort in beautiful Agnes Water. Town of 1770 is located via Bundaberg and is located only 6hrs from Brisbane.

Opened in September 2004 The Edge on Beaches includes 56 one and two bedroom luxury villas and features four swimming pools complete with a BBQ and recreation area. This area contains shade sails and is complimented by tropical landscaped gardens.

Enjoy a lazy day by the pool, cruise the Barrier Reef, take a 4WD tour, play golf, surf the magnificent beach or fish the estuary in what is arguably one of the best climates in the world in Agnes Water near Bundaberg.

The Edge on Beaches resort provides 4 swimming pools, 1 of which is solar heated and wireless Internet access available from all rooms.

The resort was fantastic. The villas were spacious and beautifully presented. It was very family friendly. I would recommend it to others. Getting There

Traveling North on the Bruce Highway, follow the signs to Bundaberg, Isis Highway. Once in Bundaberg follow the signs out of town for Gin Gin/Town of 1770 and then follow the signs for Town of 1770 approx 120km. On arrival in Agnes Water follow the sign for Town of 1770 turning left at the petrol station onto captain Cook Drive, The Edge on Beaches is approx 2km on the right hand side opposite the lawn bowls club. Take the side street Beaches Village circuit, right at the round-about there you will find the entrance & reception to the resort.

Traveling South on the Bruce Highway, turn left to 1770 at Miriam Vale approx 50km, as you come into Agnes Water follow the sign for Town of 1770, The Edge on Beaches is approx 2km on the right hand side.

1 Bedroom Villas: Rates are for 2 people. Maximum Occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child under 16 with a charge of $15.00 per night for use of the sofa bed.

2 Bedroom Villas: Rates are for 4 people. Maximum Occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children under 12. Extra guest charge is $15 per night.

Each has a kitchenette including a full fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, crockery and cutlery. Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 1 Double Sofa bed - Maximum occupancy is 3 guests.

2 Bedroom Villa
Two Bedroom Villas are self contained with open plan living and dining areas, a large deck, and luxurious amenities throughout. Each has a full kitchen including a fridge, dishwasher and oven. Additional facilities include air conditioning, Austar cable TV and an ensuite bathroom. Garden or Pool Villas available.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed, 2 Single beds and 1 Double Sofa bed - Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
